1. Introduction to water treatment

According to the wastewater quality, the company adopts rainwater and sewage diversion and sewage quality diversion collection methods, and builds a set of 500 tons/day sewage treatment facilities. The high-salt wastewater enters the high-concentration pool after double-effect evaporation; the high-concentration water merges with other low-concentration wastewater into the regulating pool after undergoing the Fenton oxidation process. The online data of sewage treatment through regulating pool + hydrolysis acidification pool + anaerobic pool + secondary AO passing through buffer pool meet the standards ("Water Quality Standard for Sewage Discharge into Urban Sewers" (GB/T31962-2015) Table 1A Grade Standard, "Chemical Synthesis Pharmaceuticals" Industrial Water Pollutant Discharge Standard" (GB21904-2008) Table 2 standard) is discharged to Zhongchen Water Co., Ltd.

2. Introduction to waste gas treatment

In accordance with relevant requirements such as the "Technical Policy for the Prevention and Control of Pollution in the Pharmaceutical Industry" and the "Comprehensive Treatment Plan for Volatile Organic Compounds in Key Industries", the company conducts classified collection and treatment of waste gases within the company, and builds 15,000Nm3/h chlorine-containing organic waste gas and 15,000Nm3/h non-halogen-containing organic waste gas. A set of exhaust gas 40,000Nm3/h treatment facilities. The halogen-containing exhaust gas adopts the "alkali spray + water spray + resin adsorption/steam desorption condensation device" process and is discharged through online equipment to meet standards; the non-halogen-containing exhaust gas adopts "alkali spray + water spray + RTO treatment system + quench tower + The "alkali washing tower" process is discharged through online equipment to meet the standards.

3. Introduction to solid waste management

1. Hazardous waste treatment

The company has established a hazardous waste management organization, set up hazardous waste management specialists, built a dedicated hazardous waste temporary storage warehouse (683.73m2) in the factory, formulated a hazardous waste management system, and carried out hazardous waste management from various aspects such as organization, personnel, storage facilities, and systems. Management, including the entire process of hazardous waste generation, collection, storage, transfer and disposal.

The enterprise's hazardous waste management is constructed in accordance with the requirements of "one enterprise, one file", and 11 file boxes, including the hazardous waste management system, hazardous waste management plan filing, and emergency response plans, are centrally managed.

Complete the standardized construction of hazardous waste temporary storage rooms in accordance with requirements and achieve the following aspects:

(1) The environmental protection management system is put on the wall;

(2) Set up cofferdam separation areas on the ground, and classify and store different types of hazardous waste;

(3) Implement ledger management system;

(4) Labeling and labeling management of hazardous waste entering storage;

(5) Set up public display boards, including management organizations, collection and storage procedures, and processing procedures.

2. General solid waste treatment

The solid waste generated from pure water preparation is comprehensively processed by the waste recycling station, and the domestic waste is collected and processed by the Ningyang County Environmental Sanitation Department.

4. Factory environment greening

When planning the factory area, the company also takes into account the greening and beautification plan of the factory area, and incorporates landscaping into the general layout of the factory to achieve comprehensive planning and reasonable layout, forming a self-contained systematic greening layout that combines points, lines and surfaces. The production area, The office area is full of green trees, grass, and red flowers, giving full play to the role of green space in health protection and beautifying the environment. The factory is nestled in the greenery, with 50% of the area being green. The small green spaces on both sides of the road are properly planted with holly, red-leafed heather, and boxwood, and are reasonably arranged with clear layers, density, and rich colors to form a beautiful, elegant, and changing garden space. The planning and design of the green space is coordinated with the main body of the building.
